Returns & Exchanges We want you and your pet to love your handcrafted armor! If you need to return or exchange an item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. However, as a small artisan business, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Custom-engraved or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a craftsmanship issue.

Handcrafted & One-of-a-Kind Each piece we create is unique, made by hand with natural variations in leather texture, dyeing, and engraving. Your pet's armor may not look exactly like the product photos, but that’s what makes it special—no two are ever alike!

Processing & Shipping Because each harness and accessory is crafted to order, please allow 5 weeks for production before shipping. We do our best to get your pet’s armor ready for adventure as quickly as possible! Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Custom Orders We love bringing your unique visions to life! If you have a special request for color, engraving, or design, reach out before ordering. Custom orders may require extra processing time and are non-refundable.
